Download and install the Trello Desktop App from the official website, then log in or create an account to begin creating boards and managing your tasks.

Trello requires internet access for real-time collaboration. However, you can access some offline features and sync data once reconnected.

Open the app, click the '+' button or use the shortcut Ctrl+D, then select 'Create Board' and follow prompts to set up your new project.

Use the default shortcut Ctrl+Alt+Space to open the Quick Add window, then enter your card details and save.

Try restarting the app, check for updates via Settings > About, or reinstall if issues persist to resolve crashes.

Basic shortcuts are fixed, but you can customize certain shortcuts like Quick Add in Settings > Shortcuts for your convenience.

Enable the Calendar Power-Up in your board, then link your calendar app in the Power-Up configuration to view cards in calendar format.
